MANUEL LORA (Peru), Adjunct Professor at the Inter-American Defense College. The following participated as speakers:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Professor GUILLERMO A. PACHECO-GAITAN, Security and Defense Consultant and former Professor at the William J. Perry Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies, with the Presentation \u201cEvolution in the Participation of the Armed Forces in Security: A View of the Multidimensional\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Mr. ADAM ISACSON Senior Associate in the Washington Office on Latin America, with the presentation \u201cThe Growing Participation of the Armed Forces in Internal Security Tasks and the Weakening of the Security Sector.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. Brigadier General DEM MARIO ALBERTO MART\u00cdNEZ VERDUZCO Deputy Director of the Heroic Military College of Mexico, with the exhibition \u201cThe Mexican Armed Forces in the Field of Multidimensional Security.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Dr. JUAN BELIKOW, with the presentation \u201cRevolution in Security Matters \u2013 Redefining the Roles of Men at Arms.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-457\" src=\"jid.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Papel-Cambiante03-300x191.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"191\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jid.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Papel-Cambiante03-300x191.jpg 300w, https:\/\/jid.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Papel-Cambiante03.jpg 511w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>5.
