Heim<\/strong>, of the United States Army, for the position of Director of the IADB Advisory Services Secretariat, from August 1, 2021 to July 31, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Colonel Washington de Souza<\/strong>, of the Brazilian Air Force, for the position of Director of the Secretariat of Administrative Services and Conferences, from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He <strong>Vice Admiral Alexandre Rabello de Faria<\/strong> He commanded three ships, including the \u201cS\u00e3o Paulo\u201d Aerodrome. He was a flight instructor at the San Isidro Air Base, Commander of the Air Transport Squadron, Air Advisor to the National Drug Control Directorate and General Director of the Specialized Fuel Control Corps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He <strong>Brigadier General Jorge Ram\u00edrez Z\u00fa\u00f1iga<\/strong> He graduated from the Military Academy at the Heroico Col\u00e9gio Militar in 1981 as a cadet and graduated as Second Lieutenant of Infantry in 1985. He has a degree in Military Administration and a Diploma in General Staff from the Escola Superior de Guerra do M\u00e9xico. He also has a Master&#039;s Degree in Military Administration for National Security and Defense from the National Defense College. He was an Instructor at the Higher War School (Mexico) and Academic Coordinator of the National Defense College (Mexico). He directed the Battery of the 5th Artillery Regiment, the 1st Military Police Battalion, directed the Regional Training Center of the 5th Military Region and directed the Military Training Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He <strong>Colonel Matthew W. Heim<\/strong> joined the U.S. Army after graduating from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina, in 1998.
