During the Ordinary Meeting of the Council of Delegates of the Inter-American Defense Board (IADB), held on April 20, 2021, the General Brigadier Salvatore RUSSO<\/strong> made a presentation on the functions of the Italian Guardia di Finanza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the activity, the Guardia di Finanza offered the IADB the opportunity to participate in the following free e-learning courses in English, Spanish and French, which will be scheduled in early 2022:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 \u00abInternational principle of combating money laundering and the financing of terrorism\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 \u00abThe economic-financial method for the aggressive confiscation of the assets of organized crime\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 \u00abGlobal project on taxation and crime \u2013 basic course\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Guardia di Finanza is a police force subordinate to the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance, which carries out investigations against economic and financial crimes, at national and international level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
