Its objective was to examine and evaluate existing CSBMs, as well as formulate new ones, taking into account the multidimensional approach to hemispheric security, as well as to increase awareness of the new OAS database and the method for reporting such measures.<br \/>\nThe Forum was chaired by Ms. Helaina Stein, of the United States Delegation to the OAS, and speakers presented the following:<br \/>\n\u2013 IADB Report on the Annual Inventory of CSBMs applied in 2017 and disclosed in<br \/>\n2018 \u2013 CN Carlos Botelho, from the IADB.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Status of the ratification and implementation of the Inter-American Convention on<br \/>\nTransparency in Conventional Weapons Acquisitions (CITAAC) \u2013 Ms. Paulina Duarte, from the OAS SSM.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Confidence and Security Building Measures System (MFCS) \u2013 Mr. Javier<br \/>\nSeminar of the SSM, OAS.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 United Nations Register of Conventional Arms \u2013 Mr. Daniel Prins, UNODA.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 United Nations instrument for international standardized reporting on military expenditure.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Military \u2013 Mr. Daniel Prins, from UNODA.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) \u2013 Division Gen.<br \/>\nAnt\u00f4nio Gordoa, Permanent Observer of Spain to the OAS.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 The Conference of Defense Ministers of the Americas (CMDA) and the accompanying activities of the CSBMs \u2013 Brigadier Gen.
