On November 14, the Director of the Naval War College (EGN) of Brazil, Rear Admiral Jo\u00e3o Alberto de Araujo Lampert, accompanied by 3 members of the Board of Directors and 40 Officer-Students of the Maritime Policy and Strategy Course (C-PEM) ) visited the Soldier's house where they were received by the President of the Council of Delegates, Vice Admiral Alexandre Rabello de Faria, by the Director General of the IADB Secretariat, Brigadier General Porfirio Fuentes V\u00e9lez and by the Head of the Brazilian Representation in the IADB, Brigadier General Giovani Moretto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the visit, the students received the presentation "The Role of the IADB in the Defense of the Western Hemisphere", which allowed them to obtain a current hemispheric overview of defense and the importance of the work carried out by the Inter-American Defense Board and the challenges faced to achieve the vision of this organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
