Through this training, participants strengthen their professional development and hone their skills in the knowledge, use, and execution of critical processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"495\" height=\"335\" src=\"https:\/\/jid.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/image-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-45535\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jid.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/image-2.jpg 495w, https:\/\/jid.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/image-2-300x203.jpg 300w, https:\/\/jid.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/image-2-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 495px) 100vw, 495px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>For two months, six non-commissioned officers of the National Army and one non-commissioned officer of the Marine Infantry received their certification after successfully completing the demanding training process.
