The event was attended by Brazilian defense officials and the leadership of the Inter-American Defense Board, who highlighted the strategic importance of these types of exercises for the benefit of the continent, based on three fundamental pillars:

In this edition, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil and the technical entities responsible for disaster management were integrated in a coordinated manner, recognizing that current challenges demand responses multidimensional, interinstitutional and transnational<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In that context, the United Nations Oslo Guidelines (2007)<\/strong> They directed the use of military capabilities toward humanitarian assistance, such as last resort<\/strong>, under civilian leadership and with absolute respect for the sovereignty and dignity of the affected populations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exercise maintained the focus on three critical challenges<\/strong>: logistical integration, mobility and command and control, showing sustained progress in each of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
