<strong>Brigadier General Juan Jos\u00e9 G\u00f3mez Ruiz<\/strong>, visited the facilities of the Humanitarian Demining Battalion of Engineers 68 &quot;COTOPAXI&quot;, of the Military Applications Research Center and met with <strong>Major General Oswaldo Jarrin Rom\u00e1n<\/strong>, Minister of Defense of Ecuador.<\/p>\n<p>The visit was part of the schedule for the signing of a Cooperation
