A medalha representa uma clara express\u00e3o de gratid\u00e3o por parte do Conselho de Delegados, do Col\u00e9gio Interamericano de Defesa e da Secretaria da JID, bem como o reconhecimento de sua not\u00e1vel lideran\u00e7a, seu excelente servi\u00e7o e sua inestim\u00e1vel contribui\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Defesa Interamericana. Sistema.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o Governo da Col\u00f4mbia concedeu-lhe a Ordem do M\u00e9rito Militar Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda C\u00f3rdova de Grande Oficial, concedida pelo seu Chefe de Delega\u00e7\u00e3o, General de Brigada Jorge Enrique Maldonado Escobar, pelo seu excelente desempenho como Diretor Geral e pelo seu not\u00e1vel esp\u00edrito de abordagem. amizade e colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com as For\u00e7as Militares Colombianas.<\/p>\n<p>O General Lacroix expressou sua gratid\u00e3o pelos agradecimentos e reconhecimentos e pela cont\u00ednua colabora\u00e7\u00e3o e apoio de todos os Estados membros da Junta Interamericana de Defesa, colaboradores e parceiros estrat\u00e9gicos durante seu mandato. Ele est\u00e1 confiante de que o excelente trabalho realizado por todo o pessoal da JID e das delega\u00e7\u00f5es continuar\u00e1 sob a nova lideran\u00e7a, e colocou-se \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o
