On May 14, 2018, the Inter-American Defense Board received the study visit of the XXIII Promotion of the Higher Strategic Studies Course of the Higher Education Command of the Guatemalan Army “The Best” at the Casa del Soldado. The distinguished delegation of Guatemala was received by Brigadier General Luis Rodríguez Bucio, President of the Council of Delegates of the IADB, who presented the organization, operation, current challenges and projects that are currently carried out in this OAS Entity. In this way, the Inter-American Defense Board strengthens ties of friendship and cooperation with its Member States.
