On October 11, the Casa del Soldado received a visit from Class 58 of the Inter-American Defense College (CID), educational body of the Inter-American Defense Board (IADB), made up of 67 members from 14 brother countries of the Hemisphere, members of the Organization of American States (OAS), coming from the Armed Forces, Police and Civil Officials at the service of their respective governments; This distinguished delegation was led by General Rolember Ferreira Da Cunha, Vice Director of the CID, also accompanied by members of the Faculty and Department of Studies of said educational center, who were received by General Luis Rodríguez Bucio, President of the Council of Delegates and General Stephen Lacroix, Director General of the IADB Secretariat. This activity is part of the Master's program in Defense and Hemispheric Security Sciences that is currently being developed at the CID, with the objective of training and preparing leaders and strategic advisors in aspects of defense and security in the Hemisphere, as well as other related topics.
