On December 18, 2020, the Ambassador of the Republic of Haiti to the United States of America and Acting Representative of Haiti to the Organization of American States (OAS), Mr. Bocchit Edmond, made a courtesy visit to the Inter-American Defense Board (IADB).
On the occasion, the Ambassador was received by the President and Vice President of the Council of Delegates, respectively, Major General Luciano José Penna, and the Brigadier General Huáscal Darío González Payano, and by the Director General of the IADB Secretariat, Brigadier General Juan José Gómez Ruiz.
