The military ceremony took place at the facilities of the Engineer Command (COING) of the National Army of the Republic of Colombia, and was chaired virtually by the Director General of the Secretariat of the Inter-American Defense Board, Brigadier General PORFIRIO FUENTES VÉLEZ. They participated in person, Colonel JUAN CARLOS MARÍN HURTADO, Delegate Inspector of Demining of the General Inspection of the Military Forces, Colonel of the Brazilian Army ANDRÉ MENDONÇA SIQUEIRA, Defense and Army Attaché of Brazil, in Colombia and military authorities of the Military Organizations of the Colombian National Army.
