During the activities of the 49th General Assembly of the OAS, the President of the Council of Delegates of the IADB, Major General LUCIANO JOSÉ PENNA, began his participation as a panelist in the discussion on "Comprehensive Action against Antipersonnel Landmines in Colombia: “a successful experience in multilateral cooperation in the hemisphere.”
The opening ceremony was presided over by the President of Colombia, Mr. IVÁN DUQUE MÁRQUEZ.
