On Monday, December 15, 2025, at the facilities of the Casa del Soldado, Brigadier General (R) Walter Chávez Cruz, Vice Minister of Resources for Defense of the Ministry of Defense of Peru, was visited and welcomed by the President of the Council of Delegates of the Inter-American Defense Board, Major General FAP Cesar Macedo García.
