On October 17, the Inter-American Defense Board (IADB) received a visit from two Honduran military education institutions. There were 33 students from the National Defense College, two from Taiwan, one from Mexico and 12 from the Command and General Staff College.
During the visit, the students were received by: President of the Council of Delegates, Major General Luciano José Penna and General Director of the IADB Secretariat, Brigadier General Juan José Goméz Ruiz, who made a presentation on the structure and operation of the IADB.
The activity is part of the academic program of the aforementioned Educational Institutions and aims to complement the students' studies on defense and security from the perspective of the IADB.
