On December 17, the Leadership of the Inter-American Defense Board, represented by: President of the Council of Delegates, Major General Luciano José Penna; Director of the Inter-American Defense College (CID), Major General James E. Taylor; Deputy Director of the CID, Rear Admiral Sílvio Luis dos Santos; and the Head of Studies of the CID, Brigadier General Rubén Darío Díaz Esparza, attended the opening of the Seminar on Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law held at the CID.
