On February 26, the Inter-American Defense Board (IADB) received a delegation of 40 students from Florida International University (FIU) who are taking the Cyber Defense course.
During the visit, the students were received by the Vice President of the Council of Delegates, Brigadier General Carlos Humberto Castañeda Nassi, who made a brief presentation on the structure and operation of the IADB.
The visit is part of the agreement signed between the IADB and the FIU, in order to disseminate knowledge and promote cooperation with Centers of Excellence in the area of defense.
Florida International University is a public institution of higher education located in Miami, Florida. It is one of the largest and most respected universities in the United States. It was founded in 1972 and has already trained more than 100 thousand professionals.
