JID meets with member of the OAS Multidimensional Security Secretariat

On March 6, the President of the Inter-American Defense Board (IADB), Major General Luciano José Penna, met with the Director of Public Security of the OAS Secretariat for Multidimensional Security, Mr. Guillermo Moncayo. During the meeting, security and defense issues were discussed to allow the integration of the IADB with that Department.
