On Wednesday, April 15, the Inter-American Defense Board (IADB), through the Hemispheric Defense Consultative Commission (HCDC), held the conference "Current Hemispheric Situation," with Captain Leonardo Mattos as the speaker.
The conference focused on the Hemispheric Situation and its evolution in the area of security and defense in the Americas. With rigorous analysis and a broad understanding of contemporary geopolitical challenges, it offered the delegates and staff of the Secretariat of the Inter-American Defense Board (IADB) a comprehensive and up-to-date overview of the strategic challenges impacting the Hemisphere, significantly contributing to the enrichment of the dialogue within the Council of Delegates.
