Inter-American Defense Board officials successfully completed the Space Policy and Strategy course at the Inter-American Defense College, sponsored by the William J. Perry Center.
The graduation ceremony took place on April 21 of this year and was presided over by Dr. Paul Angelo, director of the center.
Professor Arturo Sotomayor, the course's lead professor, attended the event, along with other academics from both institutions. This is the first course of its kind at the university.
