On November 25, the Military and Defense Attaché of Peru in the United States of America, Brigadier General Mario Risco Carmen, awarded the “Peruvian Army Medal” to the President of the Council of Delegates, Major General Luciano José Penna and to the Director General of the IADB Secretariat, Brigadier General Juan José Gómez Ruiz.
The “Peruvian Army Medal” was awarded by the General Commander of the Peruvian Army and aims to recognize people who have made important contributions to the Peruvian Army.
