On September 26, the Director of the Secretariat of Administrative Services and Conferences of the Inter-American Defense Board (IADB), Captain Valdinei Ciola, awarded the IADB Medal to the Lieutenant Colonel Andre Christian Reis Castro.
The Medal is a distinction awarded by the Council of Delegates in recognition of services provided to this Board.
