The Inter-American Defense Board (IDB) attended the Conference on the Role of the Armed Forces for Security and Defense, which took place on November 21 at the William J. Perry Center in Washington, DC, presenting the topic: Strengthening Cooperation in Cyber Defense in the Western Hemisphere.
Represented by this Board were the President and the Vice President of the Council of Delegates, respectively, General Division Luciano José Penna and the Brigadier General Carlos Humberto Castañeda Nassi, Assistant Secretary for Advisory Services, Colonel Darren Dodd Lynn, Colonel Julio Cesar Belaguarda Nagy de Oliveira and the Mrs. Isabel Niewola Staszkowski.
