On November 30, members of the Directorate of the Inter-American Defense Board (IADB) participated in the farewell of the Rear Admiral Sílvio Luís dos Santos, who held the position of Vice-Director of the Inter-American Defense College (CID) for two years.
During the event, the President of the Council of Delegates, Major General Luciano José Penna, together with the Director General of the IADB Secretariat, Brigadier General Juan José Gómez Ruiz, they presented the IADB Medal to the Rear Admiral Sílvio Luís dos Santos.
He Rear Admiral Sílvio Luís dos Santos passed the charge to Brigadier General (Air Force) Leonardo Chaves Rodrigues.
