Within the framework of the Extraordinary Meeting No. 002-2026 of the Council of Delegates of the Inter-American Defense Board, the ceremony of bestowing the “Inter-American Defense Board” Medal in the grade of Grand Medal of the IADB was carried out to His Excellency, Jeffrey Davidson Bostic, President of Barbados.
This high distinction recognizes his outstanding career, leadership and commitment to the principles of cooperation, integration and strengthening of hemispheric security and defense.
The ceremony was attended by the leadership of the Inter-American Defense Board, delegates, observers and special guests, reaffirming the bonds of friendship and cooperation between Barbados and the IADB.
With this act, the Inter-American Defense Board highlights the importance of continuing to promote dialogue, cooperation and joint work among member states, for the benefit of Peace, Stability, Defense and Hemispheric Security.
