This March 8, we commemorate women, whose empowerment has been achieved with sacrifices, and their legacy and transcendence have collaborated in the transformation of the hemisphere and the world through work and tenacity.
Today we have female references in all positions and hierarchical ranks, promotion and positioning that has not occurred only for the defense of gender equality, but is due to the capacity, training, leadership and achievements achieved throughout the career of weapons and in society. The Military Forces of the continent value the contributions, changes and evolution that the entry and participation of women has brought to our institutions, as a fundamental axis of the transformation of society and the hemisphere.
