He General Brigadier José San Román Águila of the Air Force of the Republic of Mexico accompanied by the Colonels Francisco Pérez González – Dominican Republic Air Force, Raúl Devoto Uribe – Army of Peru, both from the Disaster Risk Management Section and the Liaison Officer with the Organization of American States (OAS), Colonel of the Brazilian Air Force Gerson Alves de Souza Louzeiro On March 3 of this year, he made a presentation on the Perspective of the IADB regarding the functioning of the Inter-American Committee for the Reduction of Natural Disasters (CIRDN), convened by the President of the Commission on Solidarity Cooperation Policies to the Development of the Inter-American Council for Integral Development, Mrs. Lilia Sánchez de Morehead, Alternate Representative of the Dominican Republic to the OAS.
