The “Seminar on Human Rights and IHL” was held on November 30 and aimed to promote and strengthen respect for Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law in the Armed Forces. This event was held within the framework of the 80th anniversary of the IADB. More than 7,500 soldiers and civilians from 37 countries on 4 continents participated.
