The Inter-American Defense Board (IADB) held the webnar on Processes for the Handling and Destruction of Weapons, Ammunition and Explosives on December 10, 2020.
The event aimed to transmit knowledge about the management processes and international regulations in force for the destruction of conventional light weapons that have become disused or out of date, seized illegal weapons, or homemade weapons. The webinar was attended by more than 810 participants from different countries in the Americas and two European countries: England and Switzerland.
