On September 10, a coordination meeting of the Inter-American Defense Board (IADB) was held.
Present were the President of the Council of Delegates, Major General Luciano José Penna, Director of the Inter-American Defense College, Major General James E. Taylor, General Director of the Secretariat of the Inter-American Defense Board, Brigadier General Juan José Gómez Ruiz, Vice President of the Council of Delegates, Brigadier General Carlos Humberto Castañeda Nassi, Deputy Director and Head of Studies of the Inter-American Defense College, respectively, Rear Admiral Silvio Luis dos Santos and Brigadier Rubén Dario Díaz Esparza.
During the meeting, members of the IADB Leadership discussed the challenges that the Board must face.
