On March 3, 2020, the Secretary of Economy and Finance of the Brazilian Army, Army General Valério Stumpf Trindade, visited the Inter-American Defense Board (IADB).
On that occasion, General Stumpf visited the IADB facilities, and the President of the Council of Delegates, Major General Luciano José Penna, gave a presentation on the structure and future prospects of our Board.
The activity was also honored with the presence of the Counselor at the Permanent Mission of Brazil to the Organization of American States (OAS), Mr. Elói Ritter Filho, Head of Representation of Brazil before the IADB, Rear Admiral Nelson Nunes da Rosa, Military Attaché of the Army in the United States of America and Canada, Brigadier General Josias Pedrotti da Rosa, Vice President of the Council of Delegates, Brigadier General Carlos Humberto Castañeda Nassi and Special Advisor to the Director General of the IADB Secretariat, General Brigadier José Ernesto San Román Aguila.
