On June 26, 2018, the Casa del Soldado had the distinguished visit of Brigadier General Giovanni Barbano, Director of the Center of Excellence for Police Stabilization Units of the Carabinieri Arm of Italy, who offered a special presentation on “The Doctrine of Stabilization Police within the framework of Stabilization and Peacekeeping Operations.”
At this important event we were accompanied by Her Excellency Ambassador Marilina Armellin, Permanent Observer of Italy to the OAS, General Luca Goretti, Defense Attaché and Permanent Observer of Italy to the IADB, as well as important guests.
