On September 27, 29 members of the Higher Military Studies Course of the Colombian War College, under the command of the Chief of Force Generating Staff, Brigadier General Oscar Alexander Tobar Soler, visited the “Casa del Soldado”, headquarters of the IADB, being received by General Porfirio Fuentes Vélez, General Director of the Secretariat of the Inter-American Defense Board (IADB). In a presentation, General Fuentes presented the work carried out by this Board, also addressing topics of great interest to the students who carry out their studies at that military educational center.
The Inter-American Defense Board is pleased to contribute to the preparation provided by the Schools of Higher Studies in the hemisphere, while spreading the word about the work carried out by the Board in these 80 years of Hemispheric Cooperation and Solidarity.
