On November 10, the Senior Officers members of the LXXII of the Master's Degree in Development and National Defense, led by Brigadier General Mario Risco Carmen (Head of the Delegation), visited the Soldier's House. During the visit they received presentations by Mr. Cristián Taboada, of the OAS Department of Public Security, Dr. Roberto Pereyra, Distinguished Professor of the Inter-American Defense College and Brigadier General Porfirio Fuentes Vélez, General Director of the Secretariat of the Board Inter-American Defense Council, on International Security and Global Geopolitics, Hemispheric Security and Defense, as well as the activities and challenges of the IADB.
