On July 17 of this year, the visit of the students of the diploma in strategic political leadership and defense of the National Academy of Political and Strategic Studies (ANEPE) of Chile was received at the soldier's house, who made said visit as part of their scheduled activities on the occasion of their study trip to the United States of America.
In this event General Luis Rodríguez Bucio. President of the board of delegates of the IADB, gave them a presentation related to the organization and functions of this OAS entity, with an exchange of opinions related to current issues and interest in the field of security and defense in the hemisphere.
As part of this visit, the president of the council of delegates and Rear Admiral Leonel Muñoz Villareal, director of ANEPE, signed a technical cooperation agreement between the IADB and the aforementioned academy, with the objective of establishing the bases of reciprocal cooperation for the promotion and carrying out studies, scientific research and activities of mutual interest.
