On September 18, a Commemorative Event for Mexican Independence Day was held at the Inter-American Defense Board facilities. It was attended by the IADB leadership, Mexican military attachés, representatives of the Permanent Mission of Mexico to the OAS, and delegations accredited to the IADB.
