On November 18, 2021, a Technical Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Institute of Higher National Studies of Ecuador and the Inter-American Defense Board.
The event was held virtually and was attended by authorities from the IADB and the IAEN. The Agreement seeks to promote and carry out studies, scientific research and activities of mutual interest on issues related to military and defense affairs, ensuring maximum use of the human resources, infrastructure and equipment available to each of the institutions.
