On September 13, students of the National Course for National Humanitarian Demining Monitors (CMNDH 2023/3) had the opportunity to train in the monitoring practice of the Manual Demining Technique.
Throughout the training, the group observed safety measures and possible Non-Conformities at the Work Site in the Operations Area.
The Inter-American Defense Board (IADB) has supported humanitarian demining in Latin America since 1993. In Colombia, the IADB has operated since 2006, with the Group of Inter-American Monitors (GMI-CO), and since 2015, with the Group of Inter-American Technical Advisors .
