During the month of July of this year, the graduation ceremony for the course “Development of Cyber Policies and Applications of Artificial Intelligence for Defense” (CYBERAI) 2024, taught by the William J. Perry Hemispheric Center for Defense Studies, was held.
At this time of academic interaction with professionals from different countries, our Inter-American Defense Board was represented by two officers of its General Secretariat, namely, Colonel of the Peruvian Air Force Luis Arrascue Avellaneda and Commander of the Chilean Air Force Group Esteban Maurín Saldaña, thus contributing to international cooperation and the exchange of experiences in this important field of knowledge.
Finally, during the ceremony in question, Brigadier General of the Paraguayan Army Carlos G. Bazán Barrios participated as Vice President of the Council of Delegates, representing the Directorate of the Inter-American Defense Board.
