The President of the Council of Delegates and the General Director of the Secretariat of the Inter-American Defense Board (IADB), respectively, the General Division Luciano José Penna and the Brigadier General Juan José Goméz Ruiz, attend the XXXIII Cycle of the Conference of Commanders of the American Armies. (CCEA), which will take place from November 4 to 8, 2019 in the Dominican Republic.
The delegations were received by the Commander General of the Army of the Dominican Republic, the Major General Estanislao Gonell Regalado.
