The Inter-American Defense Board (IADB), represented by the President of the Council of Delegates and the Director General of the IADB Secretariat, respectively, Division General Luciano José Penna and Brigadier General Juan José Gómez Ruiz, participated on January 17 2020, at the Meeting of the Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS), in which the Secretary of State of the United States of America, Mr. Mike Pompeu, made a presentation on the current situation in Venezuela.
