On December 12, the President of the Council of Delegates, the Major General Luciano José Penna, the Director General of the Secretariat of the Inter-American Defense Board, the Brigadier General Juan José Goméz Ruiz and the Humanitarian Demining Advisor (DH), Colonel Marco Aurelio Baldassarri, attended the presentation of the Annual Report of the Inter-American Defense Board to the Hemispheric Security Commission in the Simón Bolívar Hall in the historic building of the Organization of American States (OAS). Important results were presented regarding international agreements within the framework of HR, support for the OAS Program for Comprehensive Action against Antipersonnel Mines (AICMA-OAS) and cooperation in personnel training with the General Command of the Colombian Military Forces ( CGFM).
