From October 7 to 10, 2018, the Leadership of the Inter-American Defense Board (IADB), made up of General Luis Rodríguez Bucio, President of the Council of Delegates, General Stephen Lacroix, Director General of the IADB Secretariat, and the General James Taylor, Director of the Inter-American Defense College (CID), participated in the Conference of Defense Ministers of the Americas (CMDA), in Cancun, Mexico.
During this great event, the members of the IADB Leadership had the opportunity to convene bilateral meetings with the Ministers of Defense of Haiti, Peru and the Dominican Republic, to discuss hemispheric security and defense issues.
In addition, the Generals of the IADB Leadership presented to the heads of the Secretariat of National Defense of Mexico (SEDENA) and the Secretariat of the Navy – Navy of Mexico (SEMAR), their willingness to collaborate and good wishes at the closing of their current administration.
