The seminar aims to strengthen the role, performance capacity and visualization of the contributions and achievements that the female gender has been providing in each of the Armed Forces they serve; as well as continue strengthening the culture of respect, equity, sense of belonging and professional performance. It is free to participate and is aimed at military and civilian personnel from any of the Member States and observer countries. It takes place within the framework of the 80th anniversary of the IADB.
This activity will take place on April 28, from 0900 to 1300 hours (Washington, DC time), through the Zoom and YouTube platforms.
