On Wednesday, May 18, the Leadership of the Inter-American Defense Board (IADB) received a delegation of students from Ecuadorian Army War Academy, within the framework of a protocol visit intended to learn about the activities and achievements of the IADB in matters of hemispheric security and defense.
The delegation was received by the Major General Reinaldo Salgado BeatoThe Director General of the IADB Secretariat, who gave them a warm welcome. Subsequently, the Colonel Daniel R. FitchThe Director of the Undersecretariat for Services and Advice of the IADB gave a presentation on the main activities carried out by the Inter-American Defense Board.
For his part, the TNCR-EM Manuel Muñoz, instructor at the Ecuadorian Army War Academy, highlighted the work carried out by the IADB on security and defense issues for the hemisphere, underlining its importance for member countries.
